Product Description

During normal operation of a heating system, part of the fluid is lost through the deaerators, in the form of steam mixed with gases that develop continuously in the circuit. The space left free by the fluid, if it is not properly reinstated, will be occupied by gases which, dissolved, would form acid solutions that can lead to corrosion. This automatic filling kit is designed for heating systems to re-integrate the water that comes out from the system, maintaining proper fluid levels and preventing corrosion.

Kit Components

• RBM SmartFiller M - Automatic feeding unit featuring calibration knob (50-400kPa), 500micron filter, isolation valve, check valve and pressure gauge
• RBM Airterm - Threaded inline deaerator valve for eliminating microbubbles from systems via active part of 3-layer stainless steel cartridge mesh and via passive part of automatic float operated air vent
• Isolation Valve
• 4-Way G1/2" Brass tee - For connection to system and/or pressure vessel
• RBM Safety Relief Valve
